Industrial Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Coatings

Forklift-rated, chemical-resistant floor systems for warehouses, manufacturing plants and heavy industry across the Midwest.

High-build industrial epoxy floor coating in a Midwest warehouse

Floors That Keep Production Moving

Downtime is the most expensive line item on any industrial flooring project. That’s why Precision Epoxy Flooring engineers every install around your production schedule — phased pours, overnight shifts and fast-cure systems that return bays to service in hours, not weeks.

We install high-build epoxy, urethane cement and polyaspartic systems specified for real industrial abuse: steel-wheeled carts, thermal shock from washdowns, oil and chemical exposure, and constant forklift traffic.

  • Warehouses & distribution centers
  • Manufacturing & assembly plants
  • Food & beverage processing (USDA/FDA-minded systems)
  • Automotive shops, dealerships & aviation hangars
  • Chemical, utility & wastewater facilities
  • Cold storage & freezer floors

Engineered for Heavy Duty

Every system starts with aggressive diamond grinding and moisture testing — because coatings only perform as well as the prep underneath them.

Industrial Flooring FAQs

Can our facility stay operational during installation?

Yes. We phase work by bay or aisle, run night and weekend shifts, and use fast-cure chemistry so most areas return to service within 24 hours of coating.

What surface prep do you perform?

Diamond grinding or shot blasting to CSP standards, moisture testing, oil remediation, and full crack/joint repair before any material goes down. Prep is the difference between a 2-year floor and a 20-year floor.

Do you handle large square footage?

Our crews routinely coat 10,000–100,000+ sq ft facilities across the Midwest and travel nationwide for larger projects, with project management from first walkthrough to final inspection.

Which is better for industrial use — epoxy or urethane cement?

Epoxy delivers build thickness and chemical resistance for most plants. Urethane cement wins where thermal shock and hot washdowns are constant, like food processing. We’ll spec the right system after seeing your operation.
